Here’s how we work: We only open up to new clients a few times a year. There are a lot of reasons for this — most of them have to do with being able to give our full attention to creating powerful strategies and brilliant work for our clients. (And one reason involves planning our time off, which really helps with the whole “creating brilliant work for our clients” thing. Turns out, our brains need rest to have good ideas.) In other words, we like to plan.
